Important to realize, Sakamoto Enshu Koki was established in 1920 as a weaving machine manufacturer. For one thing, the production of machine tool technology did not begin until the 1930s. Subsequently, Enshu began to specialize in milling and special-purpose machinery.
Enshu experienced exponential growth in the 1960’s with the emergence of the Japanese motorcycle industry and the development of CNC. Therefore, earning Enshu the business of neighboring motorcycle manufacturers Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha.
Over the years, Enshu has established an excellent reputation in the engineering and design of machines, as well as the parts they produce. This unique position has given Enshu an intimate understanding of the rigors of competitive machining.
GE Series
In brief, our four models of GE Series Horizontal Machining Centers offer full stroke accuracy and repeatability through superior design and thermal stability. Consequently, Non-cutting time is reduced through faster rapid traverse rates, axis acceleration, tool changing, and indexing. Best of all, every component of these machines is engineered to ensure year after year of reliable operation. Especially, under the most grueling manufacturing conditions.
WE Series
